BCTV-2 Program Director’s Report, July 12, 2007, 2007

Equipment and Facilities We have been struggling recently with our server. Recent revisions designed to add features have created some glitches which we continue to work on with the software developer. We are also working out a bug with our satellite dish which is making the playing of “Democracy Now!” unreliable. We are working on this problem.
Our office space is relatively comfortable and the ocean breezes do indeed keep our space cool on hot days.

Programming: We have received our second “Mark and Tim Show” and The program looks like it will be a humorous addition to our local program lineup. We are also going to be airing a new season of “Gardens of Waldo County” . 7 new shows have been produced, and we should have new weekly programs to take us through August.
We have discontinued showing LC and company as it is now being carried on Maine Public Television, and our airing would be redundant. We continue to encourage local producers and have been making our video camera available to several people.
